<P><BR>（法新社哥本哈根29日電） 全世界最適合騎單車的城市之一─哥本哈根，已開始計畫將連綿不絕的單車道串聯成1條單車高速公路，盼更多通勤族會因此把汽車留在家裡。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>丹麥的哥本哈根，以及荷蘭的阿姆斯特丹，是歐洲兩大「單車首都」。哥本哈根的單車數量甚至比人口還多，單車在當地的盛行度，光從單車道的擁擠情況就可見一斑。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>每天約有3萬6000名單車族使用的主要道路Noerrebrogade大道，單車更是常常「塞車」。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>22歲的大學生布雷斯（Lea Bresell）抱怨：「你必須往前擠，才能繼續前進，並非所有單車族都會顧及他人感受。」</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>丹麥自行車聯盟（Danish Cyclist Federation）發言人布列德（Frits Bredal）表示，成立這條單車高速公路的時間「恰恰好」。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>他說：「哥本哈根的道路，不管在哪種天氣下，總是擠滿想要騎車的人。」</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>他說，若說丹麥在1960年代將汽車視為自由象徵，那麼當今的自由象徵就是單車。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>他說：「每個社會階層的人都騎單車，甚至政治人物也騎。」</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>城市規劃單位已決定要在全歐洲最繁忙擁擠的Noerrebrogade單車大道上，打造哥本哈根第1條環保道路。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>原本狹窄的單車道將往兩邊各拓寬4公尺，原本的單車道則留作公車道使用。</STRONG></P>
